Returns and Refund

Returns &  Refunds. Policy 

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from orangeowls.in, you may return your selection with original proof of purchase for an immediate refund ( minus shipping and processing) within 7 days of receipt. Non-returnable items are expressly noted

 

  • We only accept returns for items purchased directly from orangeowls.in.Please return all other items to the original place of purchase.
  • All returns are monitored and may be limited.
  • Your item(s) must be in the condition received and in the complete original box and/or packaging.
  • Please make sure you note the tracking number for your records and obtain a receipt as proof of mailing.
  • Please allow a minimum of 3 – 4 weeks for your request to be processed once it has been received. We’ll send you an email notification when we process your return.

Refunds are applied to the original payment method and are for the purchase price of the item(s) plus applicable tax only. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable( which is 15 % of the total retail price of the product).

Return Procedure

  • Please observe the following procedure for all returns to us:
  • Contact us on contact@orangeowls.in withinh 7 days of receiving the product to let us know your intention to return your purchase.
  • If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the defect or defects.
  • Adequately repackage the product for shipment, including any accessories, brochures, manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product. Unfortunately we will be unable to issue a refund where the product is in an incomplete state.
  • You are responsible for arranging and paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product.
  • We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us.
  • Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.

Subject to the above, we will action the refund of a returned product within thirty days of receiving written notification of your intention  to return the product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If return is  approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Pricing

  • The Final price offered to the customer includes Product price, applicable taxes, one way shipping cost, packaging cost and processing fees.
  • We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). The processing of  an order can be cancelled or corrected by us at anytime up to the shipment of that order and any related items.
  • We reserve the right to alter all product pricing without notice.
  • Products ordered from us does not pass to you, the purchaser, until we have received and processed a valid payment and that payment has been made into our own bank account.
